For this beer we teamed up with our friends over at The Rare Barrel. We both have a love for flavorful IPAs with high drinkability. We decided to have the beer finish a little drier to increase drinkability and use some of the most aromatic hops that we have on hand. The dry hop combo that we chose was Citra and The Bruce blend from New Zealand’s Freestyle Hop Farm that consists of Nelson, Motueka, Pacifica, and Southern Cross. The aromas coming off of this beer are smells that we have ever encountered in any of our previous beers. This is also the first beer that we ran through our newly purchased centrifuge for increased consistency and higher yields.
