Mai-Tai inspired kettle sour! This beauty was loaded with Pineapple and blood orange puree and than dashed with some coconut and almond extract (*Nut allergens be warned). We also added a touch of hibiscus and lactose all before its lounging time on rum soaked oak spirals… ahh what a life! Expect bright upfront fruitiness that is rounded out perfectly with a delicate almond finish. Layers upon layers on this one…
