It starts with a carefully selected malt bill of 2Row, Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat, Fermentation then occurs – a clandestine assemblage orchestrated by a Vermont Ale Yeast. The final piece of the puzzle: a calculated concoction of dry-hop additions prescribed by Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic & Azacca.
