“B” is for Brownie is a decadent pastry stout we designed for OC Beer Week. This beer will take you to brownie batter heaven and back. The base of this beer is a Imperial Chocolatey Stout with a creamy mouthfeel provided by the significant addition of oats and lactose. Two and a half pounds of Ecuadorian cacao nibs per bbl are complemented by vanilla beans and a small amount of coffee beans from Bangarang Coffee Roasters to complement the chocolate flavor. The final product is a rich and full in body stout that will fill any room with the aroma of freshly baked brownies.
