This stout has everything you typically expect from a traditional stout except for the astrigency from the roasted grains. We substitute the roasted grains for roasted coffee beans and the result is a very smooth, drinkable brew with a caffeine infusion. We partnered with Lord Windsor coffee in Long Beach which paired our stout with a roast from the Amazonas region in Peru.
