With a then never before seen level of complexity and flavor from one varietal. Notes of overripe berries and tropical fruit balance nicely with a unique herbaceous dank character; Mosaic is one in a million. We love this hop so much, we decided to brew this beer, so that we could ask you all one very important question: “Do You Even Mosaic Broh?”
